Terms of service
These terms apply between Nodalia and anyone who uses the platform — members, hub owners, invited guests or visitors.
Membership
Nodalia is invitation-based and curated. Applications are reviewed before access is granted. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Payment
Certain features and hub memberships may be paid. Payment is handled by a third-party provider. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout.
Liability
Nodalia provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for business deals, agreements or damages arising between members.
Intellectual property
All platform material belongs to Nodalia or its licensors. User-generated content is owned by the user but licensed to Nodalia to operate the service.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. Nodalia may suspend accounts that violate the terms.
Applicable law
Swedish law applies and disputes are resolved in Swedish courts.
