User manual for Nodalia

A short step-by-step guide to using Nodalia – from account and company profile to hubs, events and referrals.

Getting started

  1. Register with email or Google.
  2. Complete onboarding and connect your company.
  3. Fill in company profile with industry and description.
  4. Pick language and notification preferences.

Hubs

  1. Explore public hubs on the Hubs page.
  2. Apply for membership – the hub owner approves.
  3. Take part in the wall, events and member list.
  4. Create your own hub and invite members.

Events

  1. Sign up for upcoming events in the hub.
  2. Invite guests if the hub owner allows it.
  3. Create events (as hub owner) with time, location and ticket price.

Give Grow

  1. Send referral requests for warm introductions.
  2. Earn points by helping others and level up.

Messages and notifications

  1. Open the shared inbox via the envelope icon.
  2. Send messages directly from a profile.
  3. Follow system notifications via the bell in the top menu.

Account and subscription

  1. Update profile, language and notifications under Profile.
  2. Reset password via Forgot password on the login page.
  3. Find invoices and cancel hub subscriptions under Profile → Subscription.
